Accessibility Features

Accessibility features of the site include internal page navigation links, providing easy navigation between the document content, navigation menu, and footer information. This site does note make use of accesskeys, for a wide variety of reasons, primarily related to conflicts between accesskey assignments and many browsers built in keyboard navigation.

All page content is provided in a logical order starting from the header, to the content, and then to the navigation. The content may always be skipped using a link in the header.
