We had a wonderful weekend along with the Royal National College Angling Club on a project supported by the National Lottery, Awards for All.
The Royal National College for the Blind’s Angling Club was created as an extension of it’s pastoral care support, fishing proving to be an ideal activity that is social, outdoors, and engaging. Two of the college’s students, along with buddies, participated and agreed to be filmed for a series of short videos. The videos will be used for a new section on the RNC Angling Club website, a dedicated space to provide an online resource for anyone interested with a visual impairment, or a buddy, who would like to go fishing.
We’ll update in a few weeks once the video and online resource is complete.
