Disengaged youth – personal development Ruth Murchie is a youth leader at Priory Hall Youth Centre working with disengaged youth in Essex and gained a Level 2 qualification to coach sea angling. Southend is close enough for daytrips. Dreamstore assisted with the provision of sea angling equipment sourced from a leading wholesaler.
