A great initiative from our friends at the Scottish Sea Angling Conservation Network.  A weekend where volunteers help gather valuable data for scientific and government research.   The information is used to help the future management of Scotland’s Sharks and inshore waters, while also helping to maintain recreational sea angling and rural jobs for the next generation.

This year’s event is 14th, 15th and 16th June and for more information and to pre-register you should log into Loads of info there. We’ve also added a copy of the Easter newsletter from SSACN where you can learn lots more about this superbly organised conservation group.
